For example suddenly dropping to 20 fps from 60 in just a few seconds

@gleaming rock no I don't think so. It's DPI dependent but not resolution dependent. If I go into the chat with 480 DPI set the onscreen keyboard takes up half the screen but the buttons are enormous. At 120dpi the game complains when I start it but the keyboard fits onscreen. The keys are very thin though, half the height they should be. On my desktop PC this doesn't happen.

I am his friend, when he got banned we were playing together. He uses the original emulator and do not play often. He does not care even about rank. He just plays for me as duo. And he does not use cheat. Also He plays original pubg on computer not mobile, only plays mobile pubg on emulator for me. But even he uses(he does not)cheat is that normal for him to get banned as 10 years? I have seen some players got banned like 2 months or 6 months. Even he did not use cheat, something happened and he got banned without any logical reason. I pay for that game,royal pass and I play everyday, every season I get conqueror. What if I was the person who got banned without nothing? All my money and work could be lost. That is why ı wanted to ask if there is a mistake,problem with the system

I have four accounts - one of them got banned recently just for TESTING in the Memu emulator

I literally loaded it up, configured the emulator, logged in and was instantly banned

it didn't feel fair

but there's no-one here in this Discord who can help you - we are all volunteers

none of us work for Tencent nor do we have contact with Tencent employees

reports of false positives were sent to Tencent recently, and when they investigated they said the bans were legitimate (see pinned post in this channel)

Uhh....according to me....tencent's recent issues making me feel uncomfortable

I daily play on tencent gaming buddy and I used to feel safe before this false positive issues came in

Other than that, if someone doesn't have that good spec pc and want to play it on a better emu or android based x86 architecture OS then he will get banned too

If u kill a squad on your own because maybe u r too good or maybe they r too bad or maybe u were lucky or whatever and if they report u for cheating then u can get banned for nothing too

It doesn't ends here, my device can run this game at highest possible FPS with the smooth settings but the game only has high FPS option not extreme and then if u will use any sort of gfx tool then u are in the risk of getting banned

Tencent talks about improving the game yet bans players for upto 10 years even when they did nothing wrong, all they wanted was a smoother game experience

The wave of bans was a result of file tampering, bypassing detection (including attempts), or just generally violating TOS. It is not recommended to use any other emulators aside from the official Tencent Gaming Buddy emulator, as other emulators assist in bypassing detection.

Good question. I don't think you will see really specific error messages - when I worked on anti-piracy technology we used to keep the error messages very generic to slow down reverse engineering attempts. If you give someone with reverse engineering skills a very specific error message they can trace back in the code to find out what tripped that condition, and possibly patch out the check. If the error message is generic it is more difficult to tell what tripped it and so exploiting is harder.

Makes customer support difficult though as you'd never be sure why the anti piracy tech got tripped!

I should mention, before any armchair developers try to chip in, that all strings in the code were encrypted and we had anti-debugger tech in place as well 😃

@fading spear first thing you need to do is verify that the emulator engine is correctly installed. To do this go to the folder you installed the emulator (by default this is C:\Program Files (x86)\TxGameAssistant\UI) and double-click on AndroidEmulator.exe - if the emulator starts OK and you get a blank blue window you can close it again and proceed to try one or other solution.

If you use too much ide to teach ppl in studies, the student can become dependent of that help and not learn properly. However in real word it's a different approach.

go to processes tab (first tab)
click the column header where it says network
you will see a downwards pointing arrow to show it is sorted in descending order

as I say, it is most likely to be transient network conditions. The speedtest shows that your ISP is Jio, they are a 4G mobile internet provider?

could be congestion on your local tower

I used to have 4G internet when I lived in Portugal, the service was horrible at night and good in the morning
