@icy coral delete the temp files from your system drive, go-to your system drive and then there will be a temp folder inside it you will find tx Assistant folder, delete that and then install the emulator and then reinstall the emulator maybe it'll work ( I'm not not talking about the temp folder your access from run, rather go-to your system drive and there will be a temp folder inside it with just one folder (tx assistant) folder delete that folder)

and then select the "OpenGl Rendering" to your Dedicated GPU
Then launch the game using Open GL

Windows 10 1803 complicates matters a little because they added a power slider to the system tray battery icon that overrides some power plan settings. It only appears if you use the Balanced power plan (or create a custom plan based on the balanced template). So not only do you have to set up your power plan correctly, but you also have to set your power slider correctly for optimum perf.

which can be used to force your CPU to turbo boost to higher clock speeds

personally I don't recommend overriding TDP limits unless you have good cooling
u-series CPUs are not designed for sustained, high performance workloads
the max TDP is just 15w and they can't turbo boost up to max clocks and stay there for hours on end
plus your CPU is a dual core - this game really needs a quad core
as the workload is highly multithreaded

one thing Phil has been suggesting recently is for people to turn off the rendering caches
to give a better average framerate and smoother performance
I have not personally tried this as I don't think it will make a difference but you could give it a go
In the engine options turn off "render cache" and "enforce global render cache" then go to your emulator install folder, then UI, then shadercache and delete all the files in there (there will be hundreds of them)
then restart your PC and try the emulator

my guess is that you are installing to an unsupported path
something the emulator doesn't expect because it is badly written
because it shouldn't make assumptions about how many drives you have etc. but maybe it does
try uninstalling the emulator, removing all traces of it, and then installing it to the default location
that's really all I can offer as help

they use Intels' libhoudini without a license either
there is a redundant "androidrenderer.exe" sitting around
there is a redundant service that sits in background doing nothing
very similar structure to something like Nox, ldplayer, memu but then it works totally differently
like they took an emulator based on AndroVM like all those chinese ones and just did something crazy to it
made it work much faster but they forgot to clear up the old pieces that were no longer needed

hmm you can support a higher resolution than that but that's not related to the problem
everything there seems to be on the defaults except antialiasing
maybe change antialiasing to close, and set the resolution to match your desktop resolution. Then in the game settings, choose the most appropriate settings for your GPU.
set DPI to match resolution as per sticky post in this channel
1024x576 = 120 DPI
1280x720 = 160 DPI
1366x768 = 240 DPI
1600x900 = 360 DPI
1920x1080 = 480 DPI(edited)
maybe disable rendering optimisation? don't forget to restart the emulator after making settings changes
could also try setting rendering mode to DirectX+ as that works best for most people
that's pretty much about the limit of what I can advise
I suspect that that changing the settings won't fix the issue but its worth a try

I'm having FRAME DROP issues from last few days, I've built new PC but still I'm getting frame drops from 60 to around 20 or 30 fps after each 3-5 seconds.
Because of this I can't play and it's very laggy, and haven't streamed from last 6 days.
