Well, if you close the main TGB application through task manager, the background processes are still on. It is very difficult to locate them as they are named in abbreviations (most of them starting with qq). So, restart your PC through Start Menu > Power Options > Restart.

Dudes I finally figured out what the purpose for DPI is in the emulator settings

It's kind of like mouse movement except it's not

Cores to auto and the open gl and dx12+ option turn it into smartmode and the ram if u have 4gb ram set it to 2gb if 2gb set it to 1gb and if 8gb set it to 4gb

So, this is the series of events that occur when I try to update. First, it says that a new version of the game is available and asks me if I want to update. After clicking yes, it reroutes me to a Google Play Store that I don't have. (I use Tencent Gaming Buddy) I then click the "Install" button as there are no other's available to press. It then asks me to sign in with my email, and after doing so says there is no device associated with my account (Which is true because I don't have an android device)

You can try it. If it still doesn't work, then another option is to delete the game but not uninstall the emulator. When the game is deleted, you'll see a "install" button. Click on that and it should start downloading the 0.9 version

You'll see the game APK being downloaded at this filepath - D:\Temp\TxGameDownload\MobileGamePCShared

Also the filename being downloaded will be "Game_com_tencent_ig_0.9.0.apk.ttd"

The other unusual thing is that when it prompts me to update, it says "Verifying Installation Package" in the background. I wonder if simply leaving that prompt up might just allow it to update in the background.

You can't update from within the game. You'll likely need to re-download the game in TGB. The easiest way would be to uninstall and reinstall TGB

The keybindings can be set manually in TGB's key mapping screen if you have unused keys. Personally I find it faster to switch scopes with drag and drop in inventory using my mouse. The brake button doesn't seem useful either on emulator. I feel these buttons were added with the ease of use in mobile gameplay as the intention

Right but if they were assigned a key in the emulator then wed be able to set it to what we like and theyd be very useful. Currently they are not assigned to a key and i dont think you can set them up in the keybind settings

They can be set, but they won't have the same "smart key mapping" setup. Manual key mapping is very limited in TGB

@green shadow Make sure your mouse lock keybind is set properly and/or turned on. Make sure the "Aiming" setting is selected. If the keybind is properly set and still not working, try resetting the keybind and restarting your emulator.

@earnest hearth Brother try to switch your Network, even if your Network is broadband yet it seems like it has a slower connection. I live in India and the avg ping during game is about 80-100.
