There's too many people using discord voice for IG communication, it means all of us are experiencing same issue, the gunshots are almost same as before problem is with footsteps hearing, PUBG should add another option to set footsteps volume. Gunshot volume is damaging my ears only because I set SFX to highest point for better hearing. I know I have mixed suggestions and discord support together but you guys should do something for us this is a basic feature which would take gameplay to another level.

That would in turn result in other issues and complaints, not to mention Discord API issues, considering our large number of users. Too many members in a role will cause the server experience to be "sloppy/laggy", surprisingly enough. That is why we were recommended to do it this way. Again, there are not that many emulator users seeking assistance in #questions that redirecting them to the self-assignable role system would be impossible.
