As for your suggestion, I apologize for the delay. The administrators were sadly not responsive during the weekend. Otherwise, this would have been clearly stated.
As for your status message, it is regulated by subpoint 1.10. I quote:

Sorry about that, @errant hill, @timber hinge and @daring cosmos. Since the server is so large, the bot sometimes has a problem with keeping up with, and processing, all the events at once. If we have five people using #652240509506682890 at high speed, and many messages are sent in other channels at the same time, the bot may after a while get stuck somewhere. If you write 100, and 101 by someone else gets deleted all the time, it may be that the bot think 99 was the last message. In that case, try 100 again.

They get reviewed every day, and processed by the security team once in a while. The current batch was supposed to be processed this week, but I am sure it will be done next week instead. We will send the statistics information in #news once it has been done.
On a side note, most of the reported players have already been automatically suspended by the anti-cheat system when the security team manually processes the reports. This is why they are not manually processed as often.
