We have neither denied nor allowed its usage for anyone.

A short but straight answer is that Dyno automatically deletes messages containing blacklisted words. If a certain external emoji gets automatically deleted because it happens to include such a word in its name, there is not much we can do about it. Changing our moderation filters to fit to emoji names is not ideal. Dyno does not delete messages by moderators because they are supposed to uphold the rules; and, as such, they are normally not sending inappropriate messages. In case a moderator behaves inappropriately, they may be removed from their post, which will make Dyno capable of deleting their messages.

I know Dyno deletes it, and i also know it's not in the rules that the emojis with profanity in names aren't allowed.

Can you imagine why we have configured Dyno to automatically delete messages containing blacklisted words? It is because we are a large community with many souls who, unfortunately, enjoy the act of being unfriendly towards others. Dyno is an automatic moderator who helps enforce some order. Moderators are not subject to each other's moderation, meaning that one moderator cannot punish the other. So it is with Dyno: Dyno cannot punish moderators. Any inappropriate behavior by a moderator is handled by an administrator. I completely understand what you mean, but we are unable to change our moderation filters based on emoji names. That is just how it is, and you need to accept it. If you so badly want to use certain external emojis with such words, you can either upload them to a private servers of yours with different names and buy a Nitro subscription, use reactions, or be appointed as a moderator by us. You see, being a moderator does come with some perks, as it should be. To take an example, community members are normally unable to attach pictures in channels. One has to reach a certain level role to gain this ability. This is to avoid misuse of the feature. Moderators, on the other hand, are trusted community members (just like we imagine that certain level role users are), and are thus able to use this ability regardless of their MEE6 level.

We use Dyno to force ban, @undone mesa, but when we search for a user identification like that, we will easily see logs of when they joined and left the server, as well as other server activity. If the search results are empty, it means that it is not a user identification (users always leave a trace in the logs). However, the Discord search has been very unstable for more than a week now. It does not show all search results anymore. Discord is working on it, though.

As for generating a mention for members that are not a part of the server, it does not work in this a large Discord server, especially not if the moderator's Discord client was opened after the member left.

Yes @past notch I respond all the time in there so long as you just help and don’t tell them any incorrect or misleading info you are good
