It's normal then.

That's called "ban evading".

#

You have been banned, meaning you weren't supposed to be back.
You could have tried to appeal it later, but chose to go back with an alternate account (commonly called "alt") to bypass, also called evade, the ban.

That's why you have been banned again, for the same reason your first account has been banned and for ban evading.

No, you cannot create an invite in any of the clients. However, the desktop and web clients allow you to view the server's vanity URL (permanent invite).
