I think what's failing to be realized is that people have limited time availability and generally in a given clan there are 4 separate individuals (leader and 3 co-leaders) that can accommodate and handle recruiting. Why as a discord server are you limiting this? What is the benefit? Why not make it easy for all involved..

Allowing to send links is not an ideal solution. It may misused in the channel by sending links for advertising purpose and we will have to moderate it more actively.

To avoid those consequences it is prohibited. Still you can wait for reply from an Administrator regarding the suggestion.

Meh. You have a 6 hour cool down time. Not sure what more moderation you need than that and 1 person looking into links and deleting any linked post that doesn't start with "discord.gg". Hell I could do that in my sleep honestly.

I have yet to be able to post a recruitment because of the godforsaken 6 hour cooldown - first time for a mistaken post I deleted right away and tried to post correctly after (nope gotta wait 6 hours) then the next when I discovered that we couldn't include a link (wait another 6 hours). So in reality, at best, I'll be able to now post my first recruitment message after 2 days this evening, and most likely not until tomorrow (3 days). The channel isn't ideal, putting it very kindly.

I forgot to get back to you the day we discussed it. Sorry about that. We cannot do this while the maximum queue length overall is 10. As you can surely imagine, that limit will quickly be reached when each person can queue 4 songs each at a time.

For example europe and asian
They should be pingable
There should also be a ping allowed and ping banned role or the ones who don't wanna be pinged they just won't be able to get pinged.
Regional chats would also be fitting.
