@chrome trail Sorry, I mistook your screenshot for the emulators home screen (you're currently viewing the launcher).
There are 2 solutions I can currently think of:
1: Go to C: Drive > Program Files > TxGameAssistant > UI and run AndroidEmulator.exe as an administrator (This is the default location of the emulators files, will be different if you manually chose a different location on installation)
2: Run the installer again without making any changes to the current files
