A Chinese company named Tencent bought shares in Bluehole and decided to develop mobile version of Pubg PC and Tencent did this job. After launching Pubg mobile on 19 march 2018 it became superhit and millions of downloads till now.

Pubg Mobile has been developed by Tencent Games

so it's not possible to break partnership with tencent because of india's gov lol
