Depends on the ratio
If you have a "long" screen like most of latest phones, you'll have a large fov like @calm warren's screenshot.
However iPads (meaning Apple iPad, not any tablet) are mot of a "square" screen, that's why you get a narrow fov like in @stark sparrow's screenshot.
(FOV=Field of view=how much you see on the sides, for whoever doesn't know)

PUBG Lite actually got an update. Gasp

0.12.0

-Comes with Season 3 and WP 3 (Royale Pass S3 Equivalent)
-Closed Beta data and characters were wiped out. Started with Live Version starting from this version
-Flare Gun was added
-New places were added to Erangel LITE
-Enhanced GUI and tons of bug fixes
-Enhanced Graphics quality to match the official PUBG Mobile
-UC is called "BC" Now
-Added new shop GUI and new crates to buy. Careful they're still in beta. Anything you see in those crates are a meme
-Added Silver coins currency and Silver redemption shop
