In pubg mobile all 5.56 guns have the same stats. The only advantage m4 has over other guns is that it can also equip a tactical stock.

@west rose I'm not talking about using ARs for long range fights so it's not relevant here. I don't use m4s with 6x or anything. I push alot and hence am close to my enemy most of the time.

@quiet pivot we're talking about gun stats not gameplay strategy, I use 6X and red dot and try to fight both close and long range

@quiet pivot M4 with 6x adjusted to 3x. It's used to knock enemies from mid range so it gets easier to push. Its not used for long range fights. Dmr and dp are long range guns apart from bolt action. Haven't you ever watched Biubiu?

@vivid aurora I do watch his videos. And most of the mid range fights are taken care of by my squad members. It's better to use a mini instead of an m4 (for 5.56) (base dmg 45 vs 40). As far as close ranged fights are considered, apart from a little more stability and recoil control provided by the tact stock, there is no difference in a scar and m4. Infact, I'm better off using an akm most of the time.
