The one slightly to the right of the left one is 200 where there is bullet drop your enemy gets smaller so you wanna fire above them by the same degree you fire at them with the first one on the left
The one on the left of the one on the very right is 300 metres where you will have to aim way above them but still the same as the first one on the left
The last one on the right is 310 metres which is what the VSS velocity is which is, and you will have to aim way up but still the same as the first one, you can also use the 3-crosshair scope to indicate the bullet drop

Also you should use the scope to see if the enemies look identical to how they should look in the average ranges written on the VSS Scope
