@coarse cape gfx tool does not improve your performance (well it can a bit by making it possible to force the resolution down to 540p but not mutch) its mostly to force up the graphics but that wont be such a smooth experiance because they are blocked off on those devices for a reason they arent powerful enough to render complexer graphics at playable framerates (well it would be playable some of the time a lot of shadows etc could bog it down under 20fps aka unplayable

plus it can get you banned but i personally think it should be allowed as on a higher end device you can edit the config officially to that level through the in game settings

@olive tiger depend on what recoil you can control, I can control vertical recoil so I use a vertical grip to kill the recoil fully and thumb grip only slightly reduce recoil and fully reduce but it's good for ADSing and I lost track of how much money I waste into this game
