Use a VPN it helps don't uses game modification app like gfx as u can be fined if they want to take actions

and my phone can run HDR + extreme just fine, but the game only allows HDR + ultra without GFX app
VPN makes your connection very laggy
not sure why you would use it other than to get region exclusive crates and rewards
