I am having this really server problem after the recent update. I was use to get between 210-240 ping before and was use to matched with players from bangladesh as my teammate/opponents as well. But after this update, I am being matched in vietnamese/chinese servers and my ping always stays between 312-368 which is completely unplayable. You will have to select a server after the new update, the selection has a 60 day cooldown.
You cannot switch between the servers during these 60 days.
However: If you match with someone who has selected a different server, the game will automatically switch you to the server of the group leader/the person who has invited you. Which means this update won't affect the current matchmaking system while playing with a friend who has selected/plays in a different server.
