I’m facing, a problem. So basically before the 1.1 update my recoil was basically zero I’m a 90 FPS player,(iPad-pro,2020) i updated to 1.1 and my 1st problem is that my sensitivity is the same as 1.0 but it’s all messed up and literally is awful. So did the scopes all get a nerf ? Because they must’ve the 3x has a bounce I can’t get off no matter what I do to my sensitivity and if I try to single tap let’s say an enemy is behind a tree 159 meters away my scope renders and I can’t swipe smooth to be able to hit the guy... the red dot, keeps changing size it’s the strangest thing. The 4x is trash it also has a bounce I can’t get off no matter what I do. I see all these YouTubers playing after the 1.0 update and they have zero recoil and there scopes are fine so how does that make sense!!. I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled it twice in very good wifi, I’ve uninstalled and re installed the update twice and I’ve cleaned my game from the log in page 4 times will pubg fix this Because they caused this by updating the game to a worse version. And the graphics have had a major change the frame drop is pathetic I’m playing in the best device possible and I’m still getting lag on my screen and I know it’s not my device it’s this new update because it was fine during 1.0... what should I do ?

Game is very bugged last period, on AKM create when i first time open it everyday, i get black screen instead of create trailer and game gets stack, i only can off game and log again else i will be stacked on black screen. Recently, I guess a week back I reported a hacker by recording his gameplay and giving the video link as an evidence. I reported him on both in game customer and discord as well.
After few hours, I just finished a game and got back to lobby the lobby and I recieved an in-game mail about the report being successful.
I think the discord report work because after a few days I recieved an customer support reply about the video being evident enough to prove he was hacking.

You have been previously answered in this regard, MeThanos. Due to the GDPR laws, and because your account was created in one of the EEA regions (somehow), you cannot transfer it to any other regions. There are no other solutions to this, not even customer service can be of assistance.

But both parties cannot kick each other out of game account. So please tell me why there’s “7-day” thing?
