I had originally asked about if I report someone in the metro mode, then do I keep my guns? That’s what happened to me earlier. I reported them for muted footsteps and bullet cheats because they walked up behind me with no indicator and put a grenade right next to me even though it was next to a wall and I was on the other side of the wall and it killed me. After that I lost everything in my backpack but didn’t loose my guns.
Could I get some clarification? Was it just luck or is there actually a mechanic that makes me keep my guns if I report someone?

I have problem that when i play metro royale when it come loading screen that doing security inspection i can't join the match bcause it loading to long i hear my teammates voice but they can't hear mine i afraid if i died and my equipments would gone. After i join the match i saw bandits i shoot them but they dont die instead i am the one that hurt and hp turn red. I watch my ping and it is green and fine. I felt weird and what just happened. I hide behind building and heal myself but still being shot by bandit and i almost die. So i made decisions to left the match using lobby button at setting. What i regret is my lvl 3 vest and helmet, M4 that i bought yesterday, tikhar sniper that shoot steel ball that i got today was gone like biscuit. Ammo that bought gone to.
