Once you login to the Vietnamese version, you can no longer play in the global version with the same account, no matter the reason. This is a restriction from the Vietnamese government and developers cannot do anything about it. So, unfortunately, for now, you'll have to either play your account in Vietnamese version or you can create a new account in the global version. We cannot help you here with account related issues, and that account transfers to another client is not possible.

I play PUBG mobile since many years. I am an addict of this game, I play this game every day. I enjoyed this game despite of the fact that there are many many many hackers and cheaters. I have a lot of friend who stop to play the game because of the huge number of cheater but I didnāt stop to play because I like this game.
Now I got banned for 10 years ! This is total injustice ! I am not a hacker or cheater. I didnāt use any third party app to play PUBG mobile.
I am level 75, and I paid lot of money. I buy royal pass for each new season. I paid lot of money for UC to get skin for AkM and M416. So, I am a true loyal of PUBG mobile. I am not stupid and dumb to lose all of my UC, Royal pass, skin, rank, money.
I am the leader of a level 10 clan. I play Pubg with the same people (friends), and they didnāt get banned. If I was a cheaters why I didnāt get banned with my 2nd account. I play with my 2nd account with the same phone and I didnāt get banned. Im very pissed off because I was closed to be a conqueror !
As a notice usually if the wifi connection is low, I use to close the wifi connection for my own personnal data. I had a lot of problem with my connection and I received several warning from you (PUBG) that my connection was suspicious, and I got banned several times for this reason. But I never cheat or hack !
So I want my account back. I want a clear explanation of the problem and the reason of my ban.
