Hope this works. Try restarting the game as you have changed your settings. When you change your graphic setting from Balnced/HD to Smooth, It would lag at first. So, I suggest you to restart the game, And check again. @lofty timber

Exit the game, free up some memory on your device and restart the game.
Uninstall some apps you do not need in your device to free up internal storage.
Make sure your device is compatible with the minimum system and RAM requirement. For more information, go to FAQ->System.
Click the Repair Button on the right side of Login screen to repair PUBG MOBILE.
Download and install the game again.

Kindly report them by using the built-in report system, this is the best and most efficient method to notify the anti-cheat teams, @grim tangle.
Additionally you can report them via http://cheater-report.pubgm.cc/.

If he (The player whom you reported) is found cheating, he will be suspended.
When you report a player, He will be marked suspicious.
When he gets Suspended, You will receive an in-game mail.

And, Feel free to share your thoughts in #old.
The Team used to go through #old to check the reports/feedbacks sent by the players, and would take actions.

@fathom plover, There are 2 different reasons for this ban: 1. You have very unstable internet (maybe an ISP or country issue). Changing to mobile data is the solution for you. 2. Should you encounter players that are cheating or otherwise gaining an unfair advantage over other players through the use of unauthorized third-party software or methods that are not supported by the game developers, please report them by using the built-in report system which is available on the score/spectate screen at the end of every match and in the Tier Overview section of their profile via friend search. This is the best and most efficient method to notify the anti-cheat teams, and to get informed through in-game mails about successfully suspended cheaters.

Alternatively, in case you have additional evidence, such as screenshot(s) and/or video(s), feel free to submit this form in compliance with each required field:

Yes, @weary tinsel. That will be the better option. You only use wireless headphones/earphones when there are no audio delays, which would most likely cost you in the thousands. Use your wired ones, I wish you the best.

Why has my account been suspended?
