Hello, i played squads on NA server, one of my teammates in the squad is playing in Asia server at the same time. The only solution you have is contacting the customer service. I know the customer service might not be as intuitive, but you don't have any other option. Once you reach the customer service, the FAQ bot will ask you some questions. Select the correct choices so that the bot can redirect you to the proper customer service representative. The support will request you some information to prove that you own the account. Once you submit the necessary answers and files, you will just need to wait, @hoary nest.
