Plus matchmaking takes up to 10-15 mins. That occurs in all maps and other modes. This is happening to me and my teammate too. Once we were able to get into a match but we got stuck with the loading screen. Never entered. never had this issue before.

I have matchmaking issues in duo mode. NA server. since 3 days ago i cant get in any match in any map or mode, even arcade or arena the waiting time is above 5 mins with all map selected. But it takes more than 10-15mins to get to any match, sometimes it doesn’t enter any match at all.
It’s not about that nobody’s playing, because I never had this issue, until 3 days ago. usually any match in any mode starts less than a minute. i saw a lot of ppl complaining about it on here,Reddit and Twitter. So it’s a problem that need to be fixed asap.

We haven't received any reports like that so I'm not sure if it's from the side of Twitter or from the game. Can you try using a picture with the resolution of 1024×1024?

Why has my account been suspended?
