You may try Sanhok or Vikendi if you face frequents DDoS attacks or server freezes in the aforementioned maps to avoid losing your points since your main goal is to push rank.

Why has my account been suspended?

If no reply is delivered within a reasonable time span, your only option is to wait until the punishment automatically expires.

Please do not repeat questions regarding account suspensions, in the Discord server. Contributors, moderators, administrators and the community team are unable to assist with this in any way, nor do they have the ability to lift account suspensions. Repeated failure to abide by this warning will result in a permanent termination of your access to participate in the Discord server.

Why has my account been suspended?
