I purchased 60 UC today and got it sent straight to my account via midasbuy, I saw the UC on my profile and even have proof that the UC came in because I redeemed the free mask that you get after buying 60 UC. I went to the custom crate to try my odds and the UC got discharged from my account but the crate NEVER opened, I logged out and even restarted my game but the game never showed sign that I got anything.
