This is the best and most efficient method to notify the anti-cheat teams, and to get informed through in-game mails about successfully suspended cheaters.

I must say that: From September 18 to September 24, 2 376 017 cheaters were permanently suspended from accessing our game. Is complete BS!
There’s still hackers every game and I bet you don’t even ban devices cause we’re still getting hackers every game they’re all arab hackers taking over other servers and these arab players should get region locked until your stupid developers can sort out the hackers. What’s this video reviewer thing? Something to implement cause your developers can’t do their jobs? So you gotta drag the community to do it? Not to mention I’ve reported hackers months ago and I’ve had no response. Your game has been ruined since S7 — S15. And you’ve taken no measures whatsoever to ban hackers. What’s funny is hackers spend loads of UC on the game and have skins like M4 or AKM kill messages. So if you pay for the game you won’t get banned even if you’re hacking heart_eyesheart_eyes also #cheater-reports has been closed for a while. Developers don’t care and hackers WON’T be banned. I love how it’s impossible to play solos and duos now. Squad is only possible but with loads of location hackers and aim assist. All legit players are leaving and your only income is from hackers now. Soon it’ll be hackers vs hackers unamused

I have been playing PUBG since season 7and I'm always following all the rules and regulations provided by the PUBG authorities. During all the seasons I was never connected with any kind of cheating, hacking.The day before yesterday my PUBG ID has been banned by the PUBG authorities due to using hacks. But the thing is, I was not involve with the hack as my Gmail ID has been hacked by the Bangladeshi hacker which is linked with my PUBG account. And the hacker used my account in Bangladesh and he maybe cheated which I really do not know. Yesterday I got my Gmail ID back and I found PUBG officials banned me for 10 years. As I am a fair player, I'm requesting you to review my account and hope that you would unbanned my ID again.

@oak path the game is flawed, tbh, but so is the PC version. But even the technical difficulties set aside, there's very little room for fair play. They can counter it by introducing mobile number verification like R6S does with their ranked mode to stop surfing.

You ban people for using a VPN to bypass and remove the lag/desync that pubg mobiles servers EVIDENTLY produce, a violation.. which is barbaric!!
I just want to make it very clear that what MAY have been a violation is a widespread problem and has been since the early beta phase of this game. This game in particular has already gained a lot of media in relations to it's online digital scheme. Not to mention the fact that the Indian government has already banned its citizens from accessing the game. Furthermore why target people that are just trying to gain a more fair advantage when it comes to countering online lag and desync? That is not a violation, it's not cheating. You seem to be unfairly targeting people for usage of something to avoid problems YOUR company has produced!
Focus on people who use aimbot, wallhacks, speedhacks, ESP. Those are people that I actually violating not just terms of service, but the law.
