i found a hacker in Duo TPP Asia , this is the 2nd time encountering this, The hacker shut down the whole lobby while everyone was in plane, we can't do nothing, out ping was 986ms , we can clearly hear our teammate voice but we're like offline, even changing to wifi or data is useless, the killer was killing everyone in the kill feed, with punch, with car etc, after few minutes the server was normal, we loot we play but in the last zone,the server got shut down again, n we died in zone, n we spectate the last enemies, it was duo so the last 2 teams were teaming up, the other two let them killed by the hacker. I have Recorded video, I have his name tag. please do something about this.

The only solution you have is contacting the customer service. I know the customer service might not be as intuitive, but you don't have any other option. Once you reach the customer service, the FAQ bot will ask you some questions. Select the correct choices so that the bot can redirect you to the proper customer service representative. The support will request you some information to prove that you own the account. Once you submit the necessary answers and files, you will just need to wait, @night cloak.

Microphone problems

Like a week ago my teammates started noticing some “weird sounds” when my mic was ON. We figured out that those sounds were just my fingers tapping on the screen. I was using the same wireless headphones, but I didn’t have this issue before. So I bought a new expensive headphones with a mic, but teammates still hear me tapping on the screen. So I guess pubgm is just using mic on the phone and not on the headphones. How do I fix that?

Idk why but when I try to play, even on invite I never leave the loby. Been going on for awhile now...basically I can't play. Deleted and reinstalled on mobile twice. Didn't fix the problem 😬

You’re obviously not a very good hacker, the teams that generate the ESP hacks etc that enhances there gameplay probably haven’t tried very hard at UC hacks as they can purchase UC in game you cannot purchase ESP from the in game shop tho.
