Why has my account been suspended?

Accounts are suspended due to violation of the terms of service, usually when suspicious account activity is discovered during a manual investigation, or as an automatic precautionary measure when the anti-cheat system detects unusual account activity. If no reply is delivered within a reasonable time span, your only option is to wait until the punishment automatically expires.

Apparently because of a fraudulent UC purchase
Recently it was my birthday and 6 of my friends sent me UC purchases throughout the month to my account
further more over purchased over 30, 000 UC Directly through the in game purchases

I called up my friends and asked them where they purchased the UC from and some of them are residing in malaysia and said they got it from shoppee malaysia which is Malaysias largest online store and Midasbuy which is exclusively partnered with PUBG

I am unaware of where this fraudulent transaction has been taken place and could you please let me know how and where so that we players of pubg could prevent ourselves from purchasing UC from these sites which seem legit and even partnered with PUBG

For last 3-4 days i have been facing this ***** issue where my ping is normal and im still facing a 4-5 second delay in everything. In scrims the delay sometimes extends to 30 seconds. Recently it was my birthday and 6 of my friends sent me UC purchases throughout the month to my account

I called up my friends and asked them where they purchased the UC from and some of them are residing in malaysia and said they got it from shoppee malaysia which is Malaysias largest online store and Midasbuy which is exclusively partnered with PUBG

Hahahaha you should watch the game I just recorded.
I'm playing solo vs squad in FPP and every time I hear a car I try not to attract attention (I'm campervan) and it's very rare that they know my location.
I see a car in the distance I hide and I stay still and they rushe me, so I recorded them.

That team had a wall hack, another team kills them with wall hack and autoaim but those guys by position are killed by another team with hack.

You may wonder why I claim that these teams were cheat ...
Well, a player landed in a high place that is impossible to access and observe his position. Well, the hacked teams looked at their position constantly and in the end it is seen how it is launched from the height (it reminded me of 11/11).

Some members of these teams are Pathfinders and Ace

My account was hacked into this morning and my Twitter and Facebook accounts have been delinked by the hacker and I'm unable to login to my account.
I have invested alot in my account and have an expensive inventory and have been a regular customer for the different products offered by you.
Please look into this issue and help me recover my account as soon as possible.
My Facebook, Twitter and mobile number were all connected to my account but I'm unable to login using any of these methods.
