Hello PUBGM Support, I am having issue with the pubgm server in Pakistan, The ping is fine, but the packet loss is actually happening, there is a delay in gun switching and picking of anything and feels like we are having 300ms+ but the ms was perfectly fine. 1st, we all know Africa doesnt have a server whilst Japan, Korea, and Middle East can have 2 servers for themselves.
2ndly, the way we played PUBGM in africa is that if we find a game in less that 17 seconds, we will drop in a local regional match, simce i am south african, this would mean the entire match is made of south africans, now this lil piece of joy way the only thing that kept us playing the game, knowing we can play with fast ping and against our own.
Now this is taken away, and we just cannot cope, its not worth it, playing with ping that fluctuates from 250 to 400 is a pain.
Please we just need to know what is happening so that we know how much we are valued and can re evaluate our stay in the game
