Nope. Even if you reach top 500 in rankings, it doesn't matter how many matches you play on that day. You need to be top 500 when the server refreshes, i.e. 00:00 UTC (5:30 IST) every day.

My account was basically scammed and got linked to some twitter account. Now remote logins are made into my account... I have reported this almost a month ago, yet NO help from in-game support. And this scammer, he is using my account to lure and scam others and Abusing whoever he can.. every gender, Every age group people in my friend list. What should I do ?
I am scared of either losing my account if SCAMMER uses some illegal tools or some real person ends up reporting "me" to their local cops for something this scammer might do using my in-game identity.

Unfortunately the event to watch the "A.C.E Union" video that you can play on the Spawn Island has ended. This was before the update to version 1.0.0, @proven crescent. In this case, it is not a bug. You just missed to complete the achievement, hence why you still have progress on it.
