Why has my account been suspended?

Hi,

Today I tried to send Royal pass gift to one of my friend in the game. But at the exact time of payment, my internet stopped working.

I pressed the back button and pubg told me that the payment was cancelled. But when I checked my Google play wallet I saw -$9.99 transaction in the history.

I have tried to contact Google play store and they sent canned response suggesting to contact the game developer.

I tried that and haven't heard back from the support. Can someone tell me what I should do now?
