Hello... I'm having an issue here. It has been like that for 3 Seasons (seasons I'm missing because I'm not playing the game at the morning...) So... When they added the season 8, my game doesn't run as smoothly as it used to be. When I'm on extreme, the fps locks down on 40fps, I tried everything and nothing worked... I'm on a Note10+, there is no way it's my device. My device is a beast for this game, been playing on it since day one (when the note 10+ got released) and it was perfect, but the in-game customer support is full of robots that do not READ, they only copy and paste and I'm already stressed over this, it has been this long and they have replied the nonsense "the game will go up to whatever it's showing on ur screen, u cannot go higher than that" but I'm able to see the extreme, used to play on it for countless months and all of a sudden after an update, unable to play. I don't think that Tencent gives a dang about this but man, what can be done here? (Try posting it on feedback bugs...?)
