You are put under the safety observation period if your account activity is suspicious, @ionic knot. There's nothing we can help you with on that matter. If you are using any third party softwares then I recommend you to uninstall those. Or if you have teamed up with cheaters in the past, do not do it again. For any further questions you may contact the in-game customer support.

I suggest that you uninstall any GFX Tools or unauthorised applications that affects the game in any way that is in your device (should you have any installed) and a factory reset of your device would be helpful (optional).
