I’ve reported someone through the customer service and they said he was banned. I check later and he’s not banned, he’s in a match. Don’t waste your time filing a report, instead report them in #cheater-reports, more efficient because you’ll be updated as the community team member will react if they have taken action against the user. The channel is closed though and you must have the rare role.
