You can actually get 956ms ping with 1GBps internet. Your bandwidth speed doesn't really make your latency better. Usually switching internet fixes these type of problems unless there's really a huge server issue. If it was from the server side, many would be complaining here.
If you are using a computer, you can create a hotspot from your mobile device to get the same internet.
