@runic bear No it isnt safe, why becuase, The PUBG Mobile tries to identify the Emulator you are playing, where it sees if you are playing on Gameloop or not. You are saved, if you are not matchmaked with Gameloop users.
When you use the Chinese Emulator, the Anti-Cheat is different than the one in the Gameloop. If you get matchmaked with Gameloop players for some reason, your logs will be uploaded to the PUBG Mobile's AntiCheat, and it will ban you for tampering with the emulator files, as the AntiCheat does not match with the one inside

Whenever I start the game my frame rate locks at 60 fps (extreme) but somehow it just goes down to 50 fps and it's not smooth at all and it locks on it, it started happening to me after the 90 fps update. I tried everything from cleaning the cache and reinstalling the game I also reset my whole phone and it still occurs

I know the customer service might not be as intuitive, but you don't have any other option. Once you reach the customer service, the FAQ bot will ask you some questions. Select the correct choices so that the bot can redirect you to the proper customer service representative. The support will request you some information to prove that you own the account. Once you submit the necessary answers and files, you will just need to wait.
