This happens when i create custom rooms and there are lot of people. I cannot spectate the game at all, but in the end i will get only results displayed. Very rarely all of a sudden the game resumes for me and i will be able to spectate. The map load in 5 seconds but the players does not move at all. For me being a spectator, on screen it always says "Match Starts in x seconds". My PC Specifications are par above the minimum requirements and have a very good Internet Speed

No, the ADB has to modify/config the files to make it run at 90 fps, if you try to do that it will put your account at risk of being banned for modifying the game files.

Why has my account been suspended?
