@ornate wing Soldier I faced the same problem in Gameloop Settings , If your pc/laptop is low end then try OpenGl and if you have high end rigs you go for Opengl 2.0 and In Team Deathmatch In graphics set it to Balanced only in TDM not in classic. This will fix your problem.
