No it's good. Then I suppose somehow the server isn't able to maintain the connection and thus you face ping spikes. Try reporting it through in-game report option and in #old, lately a lot people have been complaining about ping issues, @night cloak.

When are PUBGM going to honestly work on the cheating tools used I the game. All servers are full of hackers. Every game is full of hackers. If any of you see the top 100 on servers, you will find the majority of them with brand new accounts, impossible K/D, very few games, and they are all conquerors. We keep reporting them, but they are still playing and ruining the game. This is very disappointing for everyone especially those who spend a lot of money on the game. For this reason, here in Egypt, we are going to file an official complaint against the company since they do nothing against hackers. In addition, there will be many campaigns on all social media platforms to encourage players to stop playing PUBGM until there is a real solution for the extremely bad experience we have been having due to hackers.

@left wigeon What I would recommend is joining a Facebook group. Search on Facebook: PUBG MOBILE YOURCOUNTRYNAME. Join the group and ask there if anyone is getting good ping in the game. If they are, just follow their instructions. 300ms is not normal and you should not get such high ping.

Since the new royale pass came out my game take around 2 and a half minute to open and login in it, and i even had mic glitch(its permanent) and when i re-installed the game the resource packs and maps can’t be downloaded and even the above 2 problems didn’t got fixed as well, its been 4 days since i tweeted about this by tagging pubgm on twitter and haven’t got a reply yet, i have an iphone 8 iOS 13

Why has my account been suspended?

Accounts are suspended due to violation of the terms of service, usually when suspicious account activity is discovered during a manual investigation, or as an automatic precautionary measure when the anti-cheat system detects unusual account activity. If no reply is delivered within a reasonable time span, your only option is to wait until the punishment automatically expires.

Please do not repeat questions regarding account suspensions, in the Discord server. Contributors, moderators, administrators, and the community team are unable to assist with this in any way, nor do they have the ability to lift account suspensions. Repeated failure to abide by this warning will result in a permanent termination of your access to participate in the Discord server.
