You can always report hackers. And reporting isn't an automatic ban. They have to check each report manually which takes a lot of time. Although They can't just ban the hacker by complaining here. It's always good to report them so they can be banned.

Don’t want to wait 6 hours to post it in feedback-bugs but here it is, my ping is unstable for some reason... no vpn on and it goes +50 or +40 ms and then it loses -40 ms or 50, up and down. I heard from a professional pubg mobile player that it the ping is too high, then it means there’s hackers... I’m not sure. Also if you see my Middle East ping is 50-70ms that’s not true, it’s bs because when I join a game it’s 172ms-200ms. Especially pay attention to Asia ping, you’ll see what I mean..
