well, playing on a guest account isnt totally safe. it's not guaranteed that his data will be saved after an update, it's best to contact the in-game customer service and have them help. @solemn fog

well, if he just went straight to linking to a facebook account. that guest account might be gone, the pop up probably was telling him the consequences of just linking it right away.
