If the communicated regularly that they were doing something, anything, I think people would be more understanding. Having someone go and implement a ban on a player served on a silver platter is not rocket science I imagine, that’s a question of resources. If we knew that these resources were being put in, great. But we are told nothing, for months, from anyone working within Tencent. That makes them appear arrogant and greedy, regardless of whether or not that is actually the case. It’s sort of communication ABC really and again, you volunteers have my sympathy for getting kicked for it.
