Is there any network or server issues for the Caribbean region? I've not been able to get into the game normally since June 23rd. It keeps me on the loading screen (running icon animation appears). I've also uninstall and reinstall the app. My internet definitely isn't the problem because other apps and online games work just fine.
After trying different methods, I now need a VPN to log into the game.
A lot of people in the Caribbean are also experiencing this issue. Others are also having mic issues - ( a VPN is needed to fix this too).

@elfin canopy starting on june 23rd I have been having a new mic bug and an audio bug I have never heard of before. Normally when I can't hear teammates logging out of pubg fixes problem this bug is different and many other people say they have this new bug. I play on ipad mini 5 and iphone 11 I have been playing since season 6 so I know about the mic bigs and how to fix them but I can't fix this one. It is a problem on both my devices. I have factory reset both devices and still have this problem I have repaired game and now it won't let me even download maps and I haven't heard my friends enemies or teammates at all since the problem started june 23rd. I have mentioned thia on reddit and other discord servers and people have this new mic glitch please let the devs know. Thank you

A temporary fix for the mic issue is for everyone in the squad to restart the game. If only one person restarts, they are sometimes put into a different voice channel and can only hear one or none of the squad.
Restarting everytime before entering a custom match also helps
