i was playing in the new payload mode when the game disconnected and when i try to login again a ban message for 10 years appeared

the ban message appeared on 25 October 2019 4:17 (according to my local time in Lebanon)

i know that is cheating will case a permanent ban but i didn't cheat or used any hacks or any third party apps

i'm soldier in the game from the third season and i'm not stupid to use hacking methods to lose my account

i also checked the file claim and contacted with in game support but the same message appeared every time and they told me to check the ban list to know the reason of banning and i looked up since my account banned but my name or id didn't show up in that list

Hi, I have kinda bizarre issue. Well technically my friend has, but she doesn't have discord, so I'm contacting you instead.
Basically she gave her friend a password to her Google account so he could play on her account. It resulted in him spending all UC. Other than that, there was no harm done, and he is playing normally, but she doesn't want him to anymore. She changed her Google password, but it didn't affect his access to the game (also he deleted her Google account from his phone, so password change didn't affect it too). I know there are forced log outs on patches and probably other occasions, which they then require you to log in again. My questions are:

1. Are mods/devs/support able to forcibly log out someone's account from all devices?
2. Is it possible to do it personally?
3. Does she need to wait for a patch to force him to log out?
