Lastly, you have two alternate options to report cheaters, although in-game is always the better way: the form provided by this link, http://cheater-report.pubgm.cc/, and you can periodically access the #cheater-reports channel when you get the Rare role by reaching XP level 10 in the server. I put an emphasis on alternate, the main way is still in-game reporting, whether it is at the end of a match, via Tier View on their profile, or the in-game Customer Service, those two ways are only alternatives. Especially the channel, those reports are being reviewed manually by the volunteer staff here on Discord. That is the reason why it closes regularly to let us have enough time to proceed all of them.

The amount of reports does not have any influence on the outcome: no matter how many reports does someone get, if they are found to be clean after inspection by the PUBG MOBILE Security Team, they will not be suspended.
About checking the leaderboards, we unfortunately do not have the sufficient amount of people to review deeply all of those. Statistics are not enough to decide whether someone is guilty or not; it requires more than that, such as inspecting the game files looking for modifications or actually spectating the players. But when we find suspicious statistics, we do forward the to the PUBG MOBILE Security Team. Again, they are flooded with the daily reports, so the inspection and suspension process is a very long one. You can help us accelerate the process by gathering explicit evidence of cheating activities, with video recording that includes the numeric identification and the username of the player. The numeric identification is really important, the video can not be processed without it, since usernames can be easily copied. You should also be aware that Death Replay footage is not eligible for cheater reports.

The issue with Death Replay is not the absence of ID display, but rather the fact that it might not necessarily reflect the actual gameplay. There are sometimes small differences, so we can not use those to really prove someone as guilty.
I did not say that you said was wrong or false; the only thing is that we obviously do not endorse cheating activities or breaking the Terms of Use in any kind of way. People saying that are just spreading misinformation. I understand what you say and your explanation about why those rumors spread easily. But saying that cheats are sold by Tencent is completely false.

I'm having problem finding a match on the KRJP Server. Tried all maps in FPP Solo. I have not been able to play a single match today. Estimated time shows anywhere between 3mins and 6mins I've waited 20mins at a time no luck on all 4 maps. Why is this happening? Isn't the game supposed to start with bots after a reasonable wait time? If there is not enough players shouldn't the wait time be some ridiculous amount of time. So people don't wait in the hope of a match to start in an estimated 6 mins? I've spent or 10hours in intervals trying to play a match and it just won't start. My tier is Platinum 3. Please help. Also how is the estimated time calculated?

Should you encounter players that are cheating or otherwise gaining an unfair advantage over other players through the use of unauthorized third-party software or methods that are not supported by the game developers, please report them by using the built-in report system which is available on the score/spectate screen at the end of every match and in the Tier Overview section of their profile via friend search. This is the best and most efficient method to notify the anti-cheat teams, and to get informed through in-game mails about successfully suspended cheaters.
