Why has my account been suspended?

Accounts are suspended due to violation of the terms of service, usually when suspicious account activity is discovered during a manual investigation, or as an automatic precautionary measure when the anti-cheat system detects unusual account activity. what is happening with new matching system in pubg mobile emulator. i played on phoneix os and every match i'm getting 3-4 hackers. my friend played on gameloop they didn't get any hacker in their match making.
even my match making time takes too long. some of maps i could not found matches so what should i do? even when i played with phoneix os and start match making same hacker and players are coming back to lobby. Match making takes too much time. it's very frustating that some of my friend stop palying with me. :/

PubgM have become unplayable due to high amount of hackers, almost every other team have one ESP hacker at least.
PubgM crew challenge is literally a JOKE.
Company should take serious action, players are already frustrated and we're just waiting for a better alternative.
PubgM empire will most probably fall due to this specific reason.

Come on everyone knows IG reporting doesn't make any difference, they don't get banned. I have been playing from season 2 and I had never tried hacks, I probably have reported more than 1000 times. Still I haven't unlocked "BAN" achievement.
I'm not a fool I know if someone is cheating or not due to experience but they never get punished.

I tried to write what i messaged you about the new ways about not bieng able to report in game and my whole msg got deleted and the bot is responding me with some msg about accounts. When i didnt even write anything about that in my msg.
Between i am new on discord. So there might me some issues with how i write or try to use it. Even this small msg took me 2 edits and it still not good.

The link you sent me requires the in game user id. But i am not able to even click on his name in the list thus i cant even see his user id when i try to report him in game. So i cant use that link. If you want i can send the video here.
The hacker is mocking the whole system his name in JOKER B*N. I dont want to complete his name so that the bot doesnt answer me, so i am not completing his name but you get it.
Also he has used replacment signs instead of words in his name like for 'B' he used a symbol that looks like B.
Even in cheater-reports section of your server it is required for user id. But i cant get his in-game user id. But i have his name and video evidence. Also when ever i see cheater-reports section it closed.

I've filled the in-game customer support form many times.
Firstly I'd made a new account with different twitter account as said by the officials at that time.Then the criteria changed and they said to make a new account with the same account with which your old account was linked with.. I did that also.. and filled the form on 23rd May. Yesterday I received msg saying that we've recovered your account but I haven't got my account back..
I'm not able to get my account since the mad Miramar update came in.. means 20+ days..

I think you add phone and email once you are in game. Unlike social media account which you do to log in your account. So I guess there definitely is difference.

A little background, I got 10 years of ban (2020-04-18. 00:33), "I went to pubg support, after 6 hours, or rather (2020-04-18. 06:01) I received notifications that "The system has determined that you are participating in games with cheaters deliberately for promotion by rank" I’m here if I throw complaints about them and you don’t ban them, and here I am.
So after a week I wanted to go in the game, but I got a ban window for a 10-year ban from where it came from. I also contacted those support but they write to me stating the same reason: "That I violated the user agreement
I do not use any files or any plug-in emulator PC. I just play my game.

Pubg developers, you have trouble banning hackers. But you don't seem to have any problems banning people who just want to play this damn game. And your support is simply ridiculous. No one ever answered except these bots. So, I saw a lot of people getting a ban recently in this submarine, for the same reason. However, officials have not yet responded. Should I forget this account, which I spent countless hours on, and create a new one, as if nothing had happened ?!

So what should I do now? Have people ever taken off their blindfold? Who am I complaining about now? There is official pubg support here, right? I ask you to answer?

Ok why phoenix os users are facing crash issue in pubg mobile.

How am I rude im just spitting facts...crate odds are lower for newer accounts giving new players nice skins to trick them into possibly buying with real money....its just how lots of games do thier crates ...over time the odds get crappy and the players have already possibly spent hundreds of dollars
