Yes, we do, @tidal dirge. Now, again, they have much more things to do than precise personal cases. When an issue occurs with several people, they gather information to fix it easily, but isn't always that easy. About your issue, a few people had the same issue, including @elfin canopy. That's why he has been appointed to this. But as I told you also, it takes time to fix things, it isn't as easy as you may think; in order to "fix" a bug, they have to recreate the situation in a controlled environment to understand what's wrong and correct it. Your case took some time to solve, you can ask Mav privately about it, he might be able yo help you on details.

Why has my account been suspended?

Accounts are suspended due to violation of the terms of service, usually when suspicious account activity is discovered during a manual investigation, or as an automatic precautionary measure when the anti-cheat system detects unusual account activity. The most common reasons, all which gain an unfair advantage over other players and are not supported by the game developers, include, but are not limited to:

:white_small_square: use of unauthorized third-party software or methods—such as cheats, hacks, modifications, scripts, plug-ins, automation software, and so-called "GFX tools"—to modify or manipulate the game or its functionality;
:white_small_square: purchases from third-parties;
:white_small_square: forced refunding through Google or Apple, and;
:white_small_square: use of unauthorized, unofficial and/or cracked game versions.

However, if you believe that your account has been wrongfully suspended, you can submit an appeal by clicking the File Claim button located in the bottom-left corner of the account suspension dialog box. If no reply is delivered within a reasonable time span, your only option is to wait until the punishment automatically expires.

Our team scored 511 points in Pmis without any hacks but there are also teans who have 45+ average kills and Everyone knows This is not possible as A team cannot take 45+ kills in every single match especially in classic as the number of alive players got reduced very fast.. hi guys any solution with cheaters ....today i played over 10 matches and in each game there are cheaters not one but many ....reporting is useless ....only taking avideo and this very bad way since it takes times beside as i spoke there many cheaters in each game .....so if there are any admins here give as solution plssss

@normal fulcrum After Unlinking the old account..1st I made a new account with the same social media account (ID: 5830452598)..But I also unlinked that account from the sane social media account..And 2nd time again I made a another new account with that same social media account (ID:5830751965)..Which I now use for to recover my old account (ID:
5142976168).. I have made 2 accounts after Unlink..But I didn't use the 1st account for recovery... I'm using the 2nd account for the recovery for my old account...
