But you can't remove fb from the game currently because the feature is disabled. I suggest you to contact facebook support. Read #faq 2.8 for further instructions.

Why has my account been suspended?

Accounts are suspended due to violation of the terms of service, usually when suspicious account activity is discovered during a manual investigation, or as an automatic precautionary measure when the anti-cheat system detects unusual account activity.
