Hello PUBGM, I would like to make a complaint about my ranking. I have been "ranking up" alot. BUT, today I came back from a very long break of the game, I got my skill back, and now I'm going for ranks. But now I can't do this because, when I should be ranking up, it de-ranks me. To make it more specific, when I get max points for that rank, it doesn't rank up, it goes down a rank. If you could fix this, that would be very helpful. Thank you.

@merry sandal ok. It’s not showing up anymore but my mic still isn’t working. If I see it again I’ll make sure to get a screenshot. The weird part is, my mic sounds fine on discord, but it either doesn’t work or it’s quiet in game. If I try to talk the mic doesn’t transmit anything though. If I am loud enough (cough, sneeze, etc...) then it goes though a little bit. I think I bugged it out yesterday because I spammed the mic button in the lobby and it started working perfectly for some reason. Then it broke again when I got into game.

@signal aurora It is not a problem with WiFi, but your connection. I would recommend you to change IP address from your ISP and/ switch to a different ISP. But those are complicated stuff and switching to mobile data is much more easier. You can always use your usb cable or simply create a hotspot and use your mobile data.

Unfortunately we are not Facebook so we can't help you with Facebook issues, @ember pasture.
If you are 100% sure you won't ever be able to connect to Facebook, you can ask the in-game Customer Support to revoke access to that Facebook account. Use those exact words or you will be ignored.
