Same with your cheater report website where no one even seems to watch the video proofs I uploaded (2 weeks ago- 0 views on the cheat report video I uploaded). I push from ace to conqueror trying to get 10 point max every match (2-3 kills, stay push outside zone), once a while a hacker will push on me and I lose 30-40 points. Then I spectate him, because I need to play another 4 matches to make up lost points, and I see how this bigger opens scope at enemy hiding behind walls, shoots without scope and kills an enemy unseen to naked eye. Then I painfully upload the video and report, but nothing done.

Well, VPN won't give you information exactly how much ping you are getting - as there are multiple servers involved, therefore you will face desync issues and lag even if it s showing a much lower ping. It's not normal to get 40ms on Eu server from Canada.
