@lilac geyser the ping shoots up because the game puts you and ur friends into the Indonesian server, which is closer to Australia. Both Indian and Indonesian servers are in Asia, but have really different pings.
Now, as to why the game detects your location to be Australia, I am sure StormBreaker is looking for a solution

I'm getting slaughtered since Samsung ui 2.1 update. I've tried everything I can to correct it but am still experiencing massive frame rate loss and poor fps. I almost can't stand to play anymore. I play every night 2-3 hours but now its just not fun. I've posted this in a few forums as well have some other people. Have tried repair in game,nothing, clear cache partition, nothing. Dev option tweaks, nothing. Please help!

@maiden crag The system OS updates sometimes do make the apps laggy. And this is a recent update, so its not like the the game got heavy over time and started causing problems.
Looks like it is an issue with your device software itself. Please also try reinstalling the app and rebooting device if you havent done it already. Otherwise contact samsung support and hope they release a patch soon

Yes, I agree its within the operating system and in ui 2.1. Its terrible. I wish I could roll it back, but the bootloader is now new, so no go there.
